Wageningen UR (University and Research Centre) is an international knowledge institute with the mission ‘to explore the potential of nature to improve the quality of life’. Wageningen University is one of three partners within Wageningen UR. Besides the university, there are several specialised research institutes and Van Hall Larenstein, the University of Applied Sciences. This collaboration of three institutes combines fundamental, strategic and applied research with innovative education at Bachelor, Master and PhD levels.
